  Leading a project team to successfully migrate 3,500 employees into new pay cycles on the back of a significant energy company’s new acquisition.

  Leading a global, culturally diverse team that created a program of works for a global pharmaceutical company that was adopted as best practice in other business units. Developing an international talent attraction and acquisition strategy to support the growth of the R&D business.

Hayley holds a Master of Business (Industrial Relations/Human Resources) from Victoria University and has an Agile Change Agent Certification from APMG International.
